Frequently Asked Questions About VIP Unlimited Pass Membership

Q. What is the Unlimited Wash Club?

A. Wash your car as often as once a day for one low monthly price

Q. Is membership month to month?

A. Yes. No long-term contracts. Stay a member for as long as you like.

Q. Is my credit card charged monthly?

A. Yes. Your credit card will be automatically charged on the first day of the month.

Q. Does this membership cover all my vehicles?

A. You can have multiple vehicles charged to the same credit card but each vehicle requires its own Unlimited Club membership.

Q. How do I cancel my membership?

A. Come in to either of our locations at least seven days prior to the next billing cycle and we will cancel it for you.

Q. I just got a new windshield, how do I get a new sticker for my membership?

A. Come into any of our locations and one of our customer service attendants will replace your sticker for a $5 fee.

Q. I had to get a new credit card, how do I update my information?

A. Come into any of our locations and one of our customer service attendants will help you update your new card information free of charge.

Q. Does my membership re-new each month?

A. As long as you don’t cancel your membership, your membership will automatically renew on the first day of each month.

Q. Why do you need my phone number and email address?

A. We use this information to identify your account. It also gives a way to contact you if there are any billing problems, etc.  This information is considered confidential  and is kept private.

Q. Does this membership work at both locations?

A. Yes, you can use your Unlimited Pass membership at both our Powers Auto Park location and Security Widefield Location

Q. How do I register my commercial vehicle?

Commercial vehicles are not eligible for this program. Please contact us at EMAIL HERE to get information on our Fleet Program.
